MANAGEMENT OF “HOLIDAY APARTMENTS”
: The activity includes the management of different kinds of flats (villas, one-roomed flats, two-roomed flats) essentially in Torre San Giovanni and also in other countries of the Ionic coast included between Gallipoli and S.M. di Leuca. Flats are carefully selected, managed by offering cleaning services, change of bed linen and various maintenances and are associated to the customers according to their requirements.In order to enrich tourist stays we have organized some tours in the most interesting historic and cultural centres, conducted by highly qualified staff. Moreover, we offer some agreements with some characteristic restaurants, points of sale and recreation centres in the area. Everything is assured by the greatest seriousness and courtesy. |
